"Jen has the power of curiosity, slowness, and gentleness in the work they do. Every time I work with them, I feel like we gently peel back a layer of what’s blocking me and getting in the way of my connection with my body, my desire, my goals … and I walk away with more knowledge, connection and healing. Jen does this in such a gentle and caring way that I always feel safe, I always feel held and I always feel like moving at my pace is the right pace. "
